We're Moving!
The Wisconsin Clearinghouse (the Prevention Resource Center & the Tobaccol Control Resource Center), along with the rest of UW-Madison's University Health Services, will be moving to a new location! Our offices, library, and free materials warehouse and distribution will finally be housed together again in one new space.

There may be some limited access to resources and services during our move.

The move will take place during December 2008, so responses to your needs may be limited for a brief time. As of December 1, 2008 Library Services will be suspended until January 5, 2009 Free materials distribution will be suspended until January 5, 2009 All services should be resumed no later than January 5, 2009!

WHERE ARE WE GOING?
If you have visited Madison in recent months, you may be aware of the new building that has grown up in the old "University Square" block and is located at the corner of W. Johnson St. and N. Lake St. (between University Ave. and W. Johnson St.) We will be located in the University Tower portion of the new University Square Complex. Access to the University Tower and the Wisconsin Clearinghouse is off of East Campus Mall, which you will find west of Lake St. off of W. Phone and email us as you would normally. But please be aware that there may be times when we have limited access to our phones and computers. We will respond to you as soon as we are able.
NEED TO ORDER MATERIALS?
You may order materials during December, but we cannot guarantee shipment until after January 5, 2009. If you will be needing materials for December, please order them prior to December 1. Orders received during our "down time" will be processed in the order they are received.
WANT TO VISIT US AFTER THE MOVE?
After we have settled in the new space, we hope you will consider visiting the Wisconsin Clearinghouse Prevention Resource Center and Tobacco Control Resource Center. Our offices and library are located at the above address, 8th Floor, in room 8201. Call ahead so we know to watch for you. Parking is available on the street, in the garage under University Square, the Lake Street parking ramp, and the metered Lot 46 across from the building. There is also easy bus access to the building.
