Many states have formulated State Incentive Grant (SIG) plans that employ community mobilization as their primary strategy by supporting the development of local coalitions within communities.

child and teen problems. Participants will gain a deeper understanding
of what it means for a program to be "evidence-based" and "cost-effective," as well as insights into how the accumulated
evidence on effective programs can be used to improve practices and
programs more generally..
