Please join us - exhibit at the 2008 Wisconsin State Prevention Conference!
The Wisconsin State Prevention Conference provides an exciting comprehensive professional development training opportunity. Organizations offering products and services are invited to participate by exhibiting at the conference that will allow them a great way to share with prevention professionals.
This conference draws preventionists, social workers, educators, community activists, health care professionals and administrators to a centrally located event with more than 200 potential clients in attendance.
More than 50 workshops and general sessions will be offered over three days. The exhibits will be located throughout the conference areas, providing maximum exposure for your products and services to conference attendees and guests. All booths have access to electricity and complementary wi-fi Internet access.
Exhibitor Fees for 2008:
Exhibitor fee for out-of-state and corporate groups: $200
Exhibit fee for Wisconsin-based and nonprofit groups: $100
Please note: Exhibitor fees do not include the conference meals or workshops. If you wish to attend the conference, you will need to register separately to attend. Lunches and snacks will be included with your conference registration. If you do not wish to attend conference workshops but would like to join us for meals, you can purchase a separate meal package for lunches and snacks. The conference Awards Banquet is not included in either option and must be purchased in addition to conference fees or meal package costs.
Approximately two weeks before the conference, you will receive a packet of information with directions to the conference site, a map of the hotel, and other specifics.
Exhibit space must be reserved by June 15, 2008.
