Violence Prevention:

Prevent High-Risk Drinking or Violent Behavior among College Students

 

The U.S. Department of Education is offering 14 grants totaling $1.75 million through its Grant Competition to Prevent High-Risk Drinking or Violent Behavior among College Students. Public and private for-profit and nonprofit organizations, state and local governments, and private institutions of higher learning are eligible to apply for this grant, which aims to "develop or enhance, implement, and evaluate campus- and/or community-based strategies to prevent high-risk drinking or violent behavior among college students."
