National Outcome Measures
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), in partnership with the States and SAMHSA grantees, continue to work on implementation of the National Outcomes Measures (NOMs) for prevention and treatment of substance use and/or mental disorders.
