PREVENTION RESOURCE CENTER (PRC) LIBRARY

The Prevention Resource Center Library collects a wide variety of materials, ranging from videos to curricula and pamphlets to directories. Prevention topics covered in the PRC Library collection include alcohol and other drugs, HIV/AIDS, teen pregnancy, perinatal care, child abuse & neglect, youth violence, community capacity building, community programming, and more. Educators, prevention professionals and advocates, community organizations, and parents are just some of the people who have utilized materials and information from the Prevention Resource Center.

If you are in Madison or planning a visit, why not come by and visit the PRC Library. We are open weekdays, 8am to 4:30pm, for you to browse our materials, preview videos, or get help in finding prevention information.

Searching for a particular topic or looking for a database of information? The PRC can assist you as well. With access to a variety of databases and resources through the World Wide Web, the PRC can help you find the information you need.
